Two-stage capture for combustible dust

A cyclone drops the bulk of the dust into the drum before it reaches the filter, and HEPA on the exhaust catches the fines. For combustible dust that means less filter loading, longer run time between changes, and clean air leaving the machine — all on compressed air, with no electrical ignition source anywhere in the path.

Built around your drum, not a fixed tank

The 150 CFM head sits on a standard drum, so when it’s full you swap the drum instead of emptying a fixed tank by hand — which matters when the recovered dust is the hazard you’re trying not to handle. Sized for a 60 L drum.

Lead time, freight and support

Built to order at our West Melbourne plant; lead time is confirmed at quote. We freight Australia-wide and export internationally. Because no two sites run the same air supply or hose layout, we check air consumption, hose length and inlet fittings against your setup before the unit ships — so it’s matched to your line, not a generic box you have to adapt.
