100 CFM ATEX Pneumatic Wet & Dry Vacuum — Mobile Trolley Unit
Why air-operated for a classified zone
In a hazardous area, an electric vacuum is the thing your safety officer won’t sign off on. This unit pulls suction through a compressed-air venturi, so there’s nothing to arc, spark or overheat. That’s what lets the 100 CFM unit work on spills and clean-ups where flammable vapour or combustible dust is present — the jobs an electric machine legally can’t go near.
What separates it from a cheap import
Plenty of suppliers sell an “ATEX” vacuum on a certificate that covers the motor block and nothing else. This one is certified as a complete assembly — tank, venturi, hose connections and trolley — to ATEX and UKCA EX. The stainless body takes washdown and corrosive recovery without pitting, and it holds 100 CFM continuously on shop air rather than fading after ten minutes.
Lead time, freight and support
Built to order at our West Melbourne plant; lead time is confirmed at quote. We freight Australia-wide and export internationally. Because no two sites run the same air supply or hose layout, we check air consumption, hose length and inlet fittings against your setup before the unit ships — so it’s matched to your line, not a generic box you have to adapt.
